Vocasa Privacy Policy
Vocasa is operated by NestCalc.ai LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Questions go to support@nestcalc.ai. Effective October 6, 2026.
What Vocasa logs for each tool call
For each tool call, Vocasa keeps one log record with:
- the time;
- which tool was used;
- the name of the calling app;
- whether you gave any of your own numbers;
- the outcome;
- a scrambled caller code and a scrambled network-address code;
- whether the request came from Anthropic's or OpenAI's published networks;
- which protocol generation the app used.
Numbers you give
Your own numbers are saved only when you give them, and only for property analysis, in a calibration record. That record holds:
- the numbers you gave (rent, property tax, insurance and HOA dues);
- Vocasa's own estimates beside them;
- the property's ZIP code, state, county, type, units, bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and price;
- the time.
It holds no address and no caller code, and it never changes a score.
Down payment, interest rate and loan term are used for the answer but never saved.
Property addresses
The property address you ask about is never saved or logged. It is used only while answering: to find the ZIP code, to match the county tax record, and to look up a published Deal Score.
IP addresses and user ids
Vocasa never stores your IP address. It turns the address into a one-way code with a secret key; an IPv6 address is first reduced to its network block. The day's date is part of each code, so codes from different days cannot be linked.
ChatGPT's anonymous per-user id is never stored. It becomes a one-way code the same way and is used only to count daily usage.
App names
The calling app's name is stored as the name the app gives itself. If an app gives no name, only the first word of its app identifier is kept. Calls through Apify are recorded as "Apify".
Results and errors
Vocasa's results are not stored. The server logs error messages only, never what you entered.
How long records are kept
Log records are deleted automatically after 12 months, and calibration records after 24 months. The database deletes them itself, daily.
Service providers
Each provider below is linked to its own privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts and runs Vocasa in the US (Ohio) and handles each request, including the network address, under its own policies: netlify.com/privacy
- Supabase hosts the database in the US (Ohio, on AWS): supabase.com/privacy
- Apify serves Apify buyers and keeps each buyer's run data in that buyer's Apify account, under Apify's policies: docs.apify.com/legal/privacy-policy
- The AI platforms that send requests, such as Claude and ChatGPT, see the conversation and the result under their own policies: Anthropic and OpenAI
What Vocasa does not do
Vocasa sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, sells no data, shares none for advertising, and sends no user data to any other service while answering.
